After Tyler Technologies personnel creates an account for your agency, you will receive an email containing instructions on the next steps that should be completed and a copy of the Fire Field Mobile and Law Enforcement Field Mobile Quick Start Guide. You can also find a copy of the Fire Field Mobile and Law Enforcement Field Mobile Quick Start Guide on Tyler Community.
You may notice that although the Mobility Portal has a Home button on the navigation bar, it does not have a "traditional" Home page. Typically, clicking the Home button opens the Search Registrations page within the Mobility module.
Because the Mobility Portal contains functionality for multiple applications, each of its pages are organized according to their corresponding application. Use the navigation bar on the left to expand and access the different areas of the Mobility Portal:
