* Device Name text box
The name of the new device you are registering.
Inventory Number text box
The inventory number assigned to the new device you are registering.
Owner Email text box
The email address of the person to whom the device you are registering belongs.
* Application Name list
The application to which the new device is being registered. For example, Fire Field Mobile.
Expiration Date text box
The date in which the registration code for the new device expires.
When the Expiration Date text box is left blank, the device registration code is automatically set to expire after eight hours. However, you may manually enter or use the Calendar 
button to select a date that is up to seven days from the current date. The correct format is MM/DD/YYYY.
