The inventory number assigned to the new device you are registering.
Owner Email text box
The email address of the person to whom the device you are registering belongs.
* Application Name list
The application to which the new device is being registered. For example, Fire Field Mobile.
Expiration Date text box
The date in which the new device's registration expires. The Calendar 
button may also be used to select a date. The correct format is MM/DD/YYYY.
