Mobility - Settings - Fire Field Mobile - Location Section

Field Name Description

Automatically Change Arrival Status check box

When selected, the user's status automatically updates to Arrived after coming within a specified distance of their destination, which is set using the Distance for Arrival (Feet) text box.

Distance for Arrival (Feet) text box

Used to determine when the user's status automatically changes to Arrived based on the distance they are from their destination. The minimum number that can be entered in the text box is 50 and the maximum is 300.

For example, if 250 is entered in the Distance for Arrival (Feet) text box, the user's status automatically changes to Arrived when they are within 250 feet of they destination. 

The Distance for Arrival (Feet) text box only displays when the Automatically Change Arrival Status check box is selected.

Automatically Change Enroute Status check box

When selected, the user's status automatically updates to Enroute after traveling a specified distance from their origin, which is set using the Distance for Enroute (Feet) text box.

Distance for Enroute (Feet) text box

Used to determine when the user's status automatically changes to Enroute based on the distance they have traveled from their origin. The minimum number that can be entered in the text box is 50 and the maximum is 300.

For example, if 100 is entered in the Distance for Enroute (Feet) text box, the user's status automatically changes to Enroute after they have traveled 100 feet from their origin. 

The Distance for Enroute (Feet) text box only displays when the Automatically Change Enroute Status check box is selected.

Automatically Change Arrival Status at Secondary Location check box

When selected, the user’s status automatically updates to Arrived based on the distance they are from their secondary location, which is determined using the Distance for Arrival at Secondary Location (Feet) text box.

Distance for Arrival at Secondary Location (Feet) text box

Used to determine when the user’s status automatically changes to Arrived based on the distance they are from their secondary location. The minimum number that can be entered in the text box is 50 and the maximum is 300.

For example, if 250 is entered in the Distance for Arrival at Secondary Location (Feet) text box, the user’s status automatically changes to Arrived when they are within 250 feet of their secondary location.

The Distance for Arrival at Secondary Location (Feet) text box only displays when the Automatically Change Arrival Status at Secondary Location check box is selected.

Automatically Change Departure Status from Secondary Location check box

When selected, the user’s status automatically updates to Enroute based on the distance they have traveled from their secondary location, which is determined using the Distance for Departure from Secondary Location (Feet) text box. 

Distance for Departure from Secondary Location (Feet) text box

Used to determine when the user’s status automatically changes to Enroute based on the distance they have traveled from their secondary location. The minimum number that can be entered in the text box is 50 and the maximum is 300.

For example, if 100 is entered in the Distance for Departure from Secondary Location (Feet) text box, the user’s status automatically changes to Enroute after they have traveled 100 feet from their secondary location.

The Distance for Departure from Secondary Location (Feet) text box only displays when the Automatically Change Departure Status from Secondary Location check box.

Enable Mileage Tracking check box

When selected, the Mileage Entry section, and within it, the Add Mileage text box, displays on the Status - Add Disposition screen if the user had set their secondary location before attempting to clear themselves from a CFS.
